Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other specialty therapies can equip you to better deal with life’s stresses and conflicts with more ease.

Although you may not have the energy to get out of bed, doing some physical activity can help to remedy your lethargy. Doing low impact exercises such as walking, Pilates, or yoga may be the very thing to get your blood and endorphins flowing.
